Recommended daily dosage for adults: 2 tablets taken together with food over a course of a minimum of 90 days.

We therefore recommend to take the SwimCount™ SpermCare Food Supplement for at least 3 months’ time as it takes minimum 10-12 weeks (90 days) for a man to produce new sperm cells in his body.

L-ascorbic acid, DL-alpha-tocophenyl acetate, bulking agents (microcrystalline cellulose, cross-linked sodium carboxy methyl cellulose), Aronia extract (Aronia melanocarpa Sparch.), lycopene, selenium- enriched yeast, anti-caking agents (talc, magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide), coenzyme Q10, cyanocobalamin, cholecalciferol, zinc oxide, retinyl acetate, glazing agents (shellac, ethyl cellulose, polyvinylpyrrolidone, polysorbate 80, glycerol), pteroylmonoglutamic acid.
