One of the keys to an improved sperm count is a balanced diet. As a general rule, a diet heavy on protein and fresh fruit/vegetables and light on carbohydrates and processed food is ideal for boosting sperm count. 

This is where beef comes in.  Beef is a killer source of low carb, lean protein, but it also contains several key nutrients that could improve sperm count.
